A: Charge your scooter before the voltage(showed on volt meter) drop to 54V, and do not used out all power of the battery, keep the battery have power all the time to protect it.

Q: Does it come fully assembled?
A: The scooter is basically assembled before leaving the factory, the handlebar is removed separately and the screws of the instrument, turn signal, etc. are loosened to prevent it from being broken during transportation. After receiving the scooter, you only need to unfold the scooter, install the handlebar back, tighten the screws of the instrument and other switches and fix them in the correct position, cut the cable tie of the turn signal and tighten the screws.
