Questions & Answers
FAQ
Q1: How many B300 extension batteries can I connect to the AC300?
A1: A single AC300 can be connected to up to four B300 batteries with a capacity of 12288 Wh.
Note: Only the B300 can be connected to an AC300. The B230 module cannot be connected to an AC300.
Q2: Does the AC300 work with third-party extended batteries?
A2: No. The AC300 ONLY accepts the BLUETTI B300 expansion batteries.
Q3: Can I use the AC300 individually?
A3: No. The AC300 does not contain a battery. It must be combined with a B300 module.
Q4: Does the AC300 support app control?
A: Yes. As soon as you are connected via WLAN or Bluetooth, you can use the BLUETTI app to remotely control the AC300+B300, e.g. B. Change the working mode and update the firmware.
Q5: Can I use it as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?
A5: Yes. it supports four UPS modes:
1. Standard UPS.
2. Time-controlled UPS (take advantage of cheap time tariffs).
3. PV priority UPS (recommended for regions with sufficient solar energy).
4. Customized UPS.
Q6: How do I connect this to my house line?
A6: BLUETTI recommends that a utility-trained and licensed electrician perform this task. Connect the cables of critical devices directly to the BLUETTI AC300.
Q7: What is the UPS switching time?
A7: There are two types of UPS working conditions for the AC300 system:
1. No delay with online UPS;
2. 20 ms for standby UPS.
Q8: Can I use third-party solar panels to charge the AC300 system?
A8: Yes, if the solar panel specifications match
1. Total voltage: 12-150V
2. Total power: 2400W max (from the two PV input ports)
3. MC4 connectors present.
Q9: Can I daisy chain two AC300 systems?
A9: No.
Q10: Is the AC300 power station waterproof?
A10: No. Also, please DO NOT keep them in a humid environment for a long time.
Q11: Can I charge and discharge them at the same time?
A11: Yes, but it is not recommended to charge and discharge at the same time to extend battery life
Q12: How do I know if the AC300 and B300 combo will power my loads adequately?
A12: Calculate the total wattage of your devices. The AC300 should be sufficient if the load does not exceed the 3000W rating.
Q13: What is the maximum input charging power of the BLUETTI AC300?
A13: For AC300 with one B300: 3000W max.
For AC300 with more than one B300: 5400W max. Over 3000W mains connection and 2400W solar panels simultaneously.
Q14: Is the AC300 system "hot swappable"?
A14: Yes. You can easily swap out the battery packs for a continuous power supply. The system can accommodate 4 batteries at the same time.
